Job Overview

This retail role is designed to meet the demands of a busy sales floor, where flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential.

We require an individual who can maintain high levels of customer service, meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of our store.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain awareness of sales performance and KPI targets, taking ownership and utilising all available resources to achieve them.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards are met.
  • Process merchandise deliveries efficiently, replenishing fixtures to ensure full product representation on the sales floor.
  • Promote the brand and its values in an inspiring way.
Requirements

To succeed, you will have a strong background in retail sales or customer service, with a proven track record of achievement. You must be motivated, energetic and passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

Availability to work varied hours across weekdays and weekends is required. Please indicate your availability in the application.
