The Role:

We have an opportunity for a Casual Team Member (possibility to offer Part Time hours) with Weekday availability to join our passionate and supportive team based at Northlands store.

As an integral member of the 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, and enjoy working together.

Responsibilities include:

Create a unique shopping experience for customers

Together with your team, create the 'Bestie' culture in store

Bring the 'Bestie' culture to life through a fun environment of teamwork

Drive results, exceeding sales & profit for the store

Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished

Present a VM display from door to floor

Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
