Casual Retail Position at Knox Performance Concept Store

We are seeking a skilled and motivated retail professional to join our team on a casual basis in the new Knox concept store, Victoria. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership, and utilize available resources to meet or exceed them
  • Execute brand customer service standards to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring way
Requirements
  • A strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success
  • Motivation, energy, and a passion for achievement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work across weekdays and weekends
