We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-focused individual to join our team as an Employment Consultant.
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to support participants in transforming their lives by identifying and securing employment opportunities, providing training and support referrals, and delivering quality service.
About the Role:
- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers;
- Support participants to become job-ready through training and support referrals;
- Deliver quality service and enhance employability through training and support referrals;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A background in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development or administration;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate composure and adaptability;
- Motivation to go above and beyond for participants and deliver exceptional outcomes.
