This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, young people, and their communities. The goal of this position is to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well, and learning.
About the Position
As part of the school/college office team, you will provide effective client services, advice, and support, as well as operate school/college-based accounting, maintenance, and records systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide broad administrative support to schools and colleges
- Offer effective client services and advice
- Operate school/college-based accounting, maintenance, and records systems
Period of Appointment
Ongoing – Start date: 14 October 2025.
Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.
Hours per Fortnight
65 hours per fortnight – 42 weeks per year.
Essential Requirements
- Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
