Job Overview:

 

We are seeking a skilled Lease Administrator to lead our team in delivering high-quality lease management services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing lease events, compiling performance data, and conducting audit compliance reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor lease events and compile performance data for stakeholders
  • Conduct monthly audit compliance reporting and ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Manage rental reconciliations, vendor/landlord details, and approve landlord payments
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and knowledge of lease abstractions and rent roll reporting
  • Handle landlord/tenant communications, maintain documentation workflows, and suggest process improvements

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Legal field OR 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to understand commercial contracts and interpret rent roll reporting with strong knowledge of accounting reconciliation between AP and AR
  • Advanced Excel skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience with property management/lease administration systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a positive approach to meeting stakeholder needs
