Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering successful B2B marketing events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of events, including venue sourcing, supplier management, and logistics coordination.
  • Create and deliver event materials, such as printed signage and digital content.
  • Assist with on-site delivery, problem-solving, and post-event activities.
  • Manage event inventories and coordinate material shipments.
  • Support marketing efforts around events by helping plan and execute email, social media, and owned-channel activity.
  • Track event attendance, gather feedback, and assist with reporting and performance reviews.
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, brand consistency, and schedule adherence.
  • Support internal communications to keep sales and customer success teams aligned on event goals and involvement.
  • Set up and manage event registration pages and attendee communications.
  • Upload attendee data post-event and maintain accurate records of participation.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • 1–2 years' experience in events and/or marketing coordination, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, organized mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Splash, Asana, and Canva would be beneficial.
  • A genuine interest in the tech sector and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
