Holistic Support Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and experienced support worker to join our team as a holistic support assistant. As a key member of our supportive team, you will work closely with a young man who requires complex medical care, enabling him to live independently in his own home.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide holistic care, including assisting with daily living activities, domestic duties, gardening, and outdoor tasks.
- Ensure safe transportation to shops, appointments, or errands.
- Facilitate socialization and community access for the individual.
- Support other team members, promoting effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Qualifications and experience in personal care and support work.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive, responsible, and reliable professional.
- Valid working rights and satisfactory Police Check.
- First Aid Certification.
- Working with Children Check (preferred).
- Driver Licence (preferred).
- NDIS Worker Check (required).
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required).
- National Police Certificate (preferred).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
