About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Holistic Support Professional to provide comprehensive support for individuals living with acquired brain injuries. This rewarding role involves delivering holistic in-home support, empowering our clients to access the community and live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred support to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their lives
  • Assisting with daily activities, including personal care and mobility
  • Supporting clients to engage in community activities and develop social connections
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and providing regular updates to management
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children Clearance
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Manual Handling Certification
  • Assist with Medication Certification
  • English Fluency - verbal and written
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required
