Service Stream is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our People & Experience team. This 12-month fixed term role offers the opportunity to play a key part in providing leadership, expertise and guidance on HR programs, processes and procedures.
You will contribute to the development and implementation of our strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations will be invaluable in this role, as you work closely with managers to develop people strategies and provide support in ER/IR matters.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience, with a strong understanding of industry practice in sourcing strategies, recruitment, promotion, skills development and conditions of employment. You will also possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
This role offers a chance to work collaboratively with a warm and supportive team of experienced HR professionals, where you can bring your ideas and contribute to driving a strong people business partner across the organisation.
