Executive HR Partnership Role

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal advisory role, partnering with leaders and teams to drive organisational performance. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced HR professional seeking to develop and implement strategic initiatives across the People & Culture function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Lead complex case management, including investigations and Fair Work matters, with confidence and expertise.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance culture, engagement, and retention across the workforce.
  • Mentor and support other People & Culture team members to build capability and expertise.
  • Contribute to policy development, workforce planning, and organisational change projects, leveraging knowledge and experience to drive business outcomes.
  • Travel to branch locations across Australia to provide on-the-ground support and guidance to the People & Culture team.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR / People & Culture role with a strong ER / IR component.
  • Sound understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements, with ability to apply and interpret relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with proven ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
  • Proven track record of handling complex case management with ease and confidence.
  • Collaborative mindset and genuine passion for workplace culture and engagement, with ability to drive positive change and outcomes.
