Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations at a thriving high-volume venue. This is an exciting opportunity to grow into a leadership role, overseeing the culinary team and driving the success of our menu.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong culinary knowledge, with a focus on delivering high-quality dishes consistently.

Your Day-to-Day

Your normal day will involve:

  • Kitchen Leadership: Overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service during peak hours while maintaining high food quality.
  • Menu Execution: Preparing and delivering elevated pub-style dishes with consistent quality and presentation.
  • Inventory and Ordering: Managing inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, and liaising with suppliers to maintain cost control.
