Your daily responsibilities will involve:

  • Kitchen Leadership: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service during peak hours while maintaining exceptional food quality.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and schedule the kitchen team to foster productivity, staff retention, and a positive work environment.
  • Menu Execution: Prepare and deliver elevated pub-style dishes with consistent quality and presentation, showcasing your creativity and culinary expertise.
  • Inventory and Ordering: Manage inventory, ensure adequate stock levels, and liaise with suppliers to maintain cost control and optimize profitability.
  • Operational Oversight: Streamline processes, handle high-volume demands, and implement standards to elevate the customer dining experience.

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $100,000-$120,000, including KPIs and bonus structure, with potential for growth. Relocation assistance is available for the ideal candidate.
