At Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, we offer a range of first class dining experiences, with two onsite restaurants, highly sought after conferencing and event spaces, pool bars and more.

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie  to join our dedicated kitchen brigade.

As Chef de Partie, you will: 

Assist Sous & Executive Chef to maintain the effective operation of the kitchen Ensure high quality and presentation of food provided to guests, according to property standards and timeframes of service Maintain a safe clean and organised work environment with emphasis on high food safety standards Train and mentor Kitchen Team of Demi, Commis, Cooks, apprentices and Stewards

What we are looking for:

Someone who has ambition, raw talent, and a passion for food Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate kitchen brigade applying strong leadership and interpersonal skills  The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes, team environment  The possession of recognised culinary training and employment experience A commercial cookery certification and preferably, you will have obtained safe food handling certificate or food safety supervisor
