Global Mobility Transformation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Global Mobility Transformation Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, or Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please discuss potential options with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Deliver high-quality service and act as a trusted advisor to mobility teams and assignees, providing real-time guidance and policy advice to support global mobility programs.
  • Program Leadership & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of mobility services, lead onshore and offshore teams, manage transformation projects, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that align with client goals and business value.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation: Identify risks and opportunities across mobility programs, leverage networks and technology to enhance service delivery, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation through regulatory insight and creative thinking.

Requirements:

  • A passion for global mobility, hands-on experience in administering programs, advising on policy principles, and calculating assignment allowances.
  • Proven leadership in managing individuals and teams, mentoring others, and fostering strong working relationships.
  • Skillful in project management, budget oversight, and technology demonstrations.
  • Creative thinking and fresh perspectives to client challenges, with a strong grasp of broader business issues and a drive to shape future service offerings.
