About the role

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our dynamic team as a Warehouse Administrator.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate documentation and storage.
  • Confirming orders in our warehousing system and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating stock levels.
  • Coordinating warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider warehouse and logistics team.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to health, safety, and quality procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Team-player attitude and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills and highly customer service focused.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High risk work license strongly preferred.
