Job Opportunity

The role of a Compliance and Governance Expert is available at our organisation.

This position involves establishing and delivering a compliance framework across the company. It ensures that we are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

You will also examine, verify, evaluate, and report on financial, operational, and managerial processes to ensure financial and operational integrity and compliance.

This is a full-time vacancy requiring a well-rounded professional with expertise in risk management, audit, or consulting.

Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Management: Design and implement a comprehensive compliance framework aligning with the company's strategic pillars and risk appetite.
  • Governance: Establish consistent reporting to the Board and Subcommittees, preparing compliance and risk management reports for the Board.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, develop risk mitigation plans, and support their effective implementation.
About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a risk management, audit, or consulting role.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk, compliance, and quality assurance functions.
