We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations to join our team at people2people. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on workplace relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the end-to-end redeployment process, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and managers.
  • Research and investigate queries from managers, employees, and unions, providing timely and accurate advice.
  • Identify and report on emerging employee relations issues, helping to prevent and resolve industrial disputes.
  • Support and coach managers in the prevention and resolution of industrial disputes, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience dealing with complex and sensitive employee relations issues, with a strong understanding of industrial relations principles.
  • Experience providing strategic industrial relations advice, with a focus on prevention and resolution.
  • A strong background in HR, with knowledge of redeployment processes and procedures.
  • Previous experience working in State Government is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • A valid police check or ability to obtain a national police check.
  • Must be triple vaccinated or willing to get the 3rd vaccine.
