Senior Nurse Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our residential aged care home.
About the Role:The Senior Nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care, supporting their peers, and maintaining a collaborative team environment.
- Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice procedures
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff members to ensure high standards of care
- Contributing to a safe working environment by adhering to policies and procedures
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care to older adults
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
- Demonstrated expertise in AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues
- Effective coaching and training skills
- Excellent conflict resolution and emotional intelligence
- A customer-centric approach to service delivery
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
