We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Retail Recruitment Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and sales, with a strong background in recruitment and management.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. They will also be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with experience in sourcing and attracting top talent for retail businesses. They will also have a deep understanding of the retail industry and be able to advise clients on the best strategies for achieving their recruitment goals.

As a Retail Recruitment Expert, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating employment contracts.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A retail management background, with previous experience in a consultative sales environment
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Confident with IT, and comfortable with a fair amount of 'screen time'
  • Demonstrated skills in operations, time management, and self-discipline
  • A strong attention to detail
  • A confident yet humble attitude
