Business Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a leadership role in our assurance testing department.

This is a key position that involves guiding and overseeing the planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading testing teams or similar leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of structured testing methods and processes.
  • Proven experience in testing complex user interfaces and business processes.

You will add value by:

  • Guiding test analysts to identify testing scope, prepare test plans, and progress reports.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to obtain sign-off.
  • Preparing testing estimates and assisting test analysts to prepare test cases.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present timely status updates to the project team, stakeholders, and management.
