**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing and ensuring the quality of our ICT solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in functional and non-functional testing, as well as test automation using ISTQB techniques. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing of ICT solutions
  • Develop and execute test plans and scripts
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve overall quality
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing

Requirements:

  • International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent international certification
  • Demonstrated experience in functional and non-functional testing
  • Basic proficiency in SQL writing and execution
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
