**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented full-time bookkeeper to manage our financial operations in a medium-sized business enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and HR for multiple entities, preparing financial statements and BAS reports, and maintaining general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers.

The successful candidate will be proficient in using accounting software such as MYOB or Xero and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a small practice or similar environment
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as MYOB or Xero
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Certificate IV Bookkeeping or equivalent
