Job Title: Technical Director for Effects Leadership

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to lead a team of effects artists. The successful candidate will work closely with the FX, VFX and CG Supervisor to ensure that all delivered shots meet the highest standards.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of effects artists to deliver high-quality shots on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the FX, VFX and CG Supervisor to ensure consistent quality and adherence to project timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective workflows and pipelines to optimize team performance and efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach effects artists to enhance their skills and knowledge.

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects on time.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide your team.
  • Strong technical expertise in visual effects, including knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
  • Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
