Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Information Security Specialist to contribute to our organization's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for customers via various communication channels, including phone, chat, and web-based solutions.
  • Analyze and investigate reported problems, recommend corrective actions, and provide resolutions through debugging, packet captures, and traffic flow analysis.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to report and resolve product issues.
  • Create informative articles and bulletins to enhance internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Develop expertise in security technologies, including Fortinet's product line.
  • Support the deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Fortinet security solutions in customer environments.
  • Ensure the successful delivery and administration of assigned Professional Services engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian citizenship with NV2 security clearance.
  • Experience working as an engineer in telecommunications, networking, or the security industry, or equivalent education.
  • Familiarity with the OSI model and TCP/IP protocol.
  • Administrative knowledge of Windows, Unix, or Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
