The Role

We are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing technology team. As an SRE, you will be the face of technology, working directly with the trading desks to ensure the reliability and performance of our platform. You will have the opportunity to contribute across our entire technology platform, including pre-flight checks, real-time troubleshooting, hotfixes, patching, platform upgrades, performance tuning, and physical environment management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with traders and developers to solve real-time problems and ensure the smooth operation of our trading platform.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to ensure our platform remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python development and experience working in Linux environments.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and some exposure to configuring physical equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in financial markets and a strong academic record with a degree in computer science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field.
