We are seeking a Horticulture Team Leader to lead our skilled team in ensuring high standards of garden maintenance. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a green thumb, and an eye for detail.

Based in Redbank, this full-time position offers 38 hours per week, competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits. As a Horticulturist, you will oversee leading a skilled team, ensuring client standards of garden maintenance are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with managing a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.

About You
  • Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or minimum 5 years' experience.
  • Industry leadership experience.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • White Card.
  • Valid Drivers' license.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
