**Garden Maintenance Team Leader Job Opportunity**

About this role:

We seek a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the maintenance of our gardens. This role requires a strong background in horticulture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of garden maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Prioritize tasks to optimize garden maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Provide guidance and training to enhance the team's horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Regularly inspect garden areas to identify improvements needed and implement corrective actions.
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.

Requirements:

- A Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in landscaping is required.
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain (preferred).
- White Card certification
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
