Job Overview:

The Senior Financial Planning Manager is a pivotal role in driving business performance through insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance team, overseeing various reporting and analysis suites to inform business decisions.
  • Manage data integrity, super user management, and outsourced support for IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 BI tool.
  • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with senior managers to define business strategies and build finance operating plans.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive business improvement initiatives and manage key projects.

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA qualification, with significant experience in a similar senior FP & A role.
  • Advanced skills in BI tools, including Power BI, Adaptive Insights, and other data analytics platforms.
  • Commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
