We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants across the lifespan, in South Western Sydney and surrounding areas.

This full-time position is ideal for individuals seeking a challenging role, however part-time opportunities are also available.

Your Role as an Occupational Therapist at Everyday Independence:

  • Work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres, utilising the social model of disability.
  • Create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding, using evidence-based measurement tools.
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, and psychologists.
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants, their supports (family, carers, friends), and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • General AHPRA Registration.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work, with strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development, with a valid driver's license and required checks.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
