  • Support the vision and strategy for new everyday customer propositions.

  • Validate ideas through customer research, data insights, and rapid experimentation.

  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and operations for smooth delivery and continuous iteration.

  • Design end-to-end journeys from discovery to launch—across mobile, web, and core platforms.

">Requirements

  • Prior experience working in product roles, particularly delivering customer-facing digital products.

  • Customer obsession at your core.

  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to translate trends, data, insights, research into clear product direction and opportunities.

  • Advanced experience in product discovery, experimentation, Lean/Agile methodologies, and working in squad-based models with particular focus on creating requirements and managing dependencies.

  • Technical fluency and ability to interface effectively with engineers across the stack (mobile, APIs, backend).

  • Craftsmanship and high regard for UX detail, performance, reliability, and accessible design.
