As a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of individuals who are passionate about delivering comprehensive Health and Safety services. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a positive impact on their community.

In this position, you will be responsible for a service portfolio and will play a vital role in driving the organisation's Working as part of the OHS Team, each Occupational Health & Occupational Health and Safety Strategy and Policy. Your contribution will be crucial in fostering a positive safety culture across the organisation.

Job Description

This is a Full Time, 80 Hours per week + Annual Leave: Enjoy a balance work schedule - Hybrid Work Arrangements: Flexibility to work on-site and remotely.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Cert IV/Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Proven experience in Health and Safety and a working knowledge of Victorian Health and Safety legislation, along with at least 2-3 years in a similar fast-paced role.
  • Strong coaching abilities, stakeholder management, problem solving skills and proficiency in Office 365 and incident reporting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and understanding importance of excellent record keeping standards and safety KPIs.
  • High level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A current Victorian Drivers Licence and the ability to travel between worksites as required.
