As a key member of our front-line recruitment team, you will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to best practice and regulatory compliance with organisational health & safety policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, developing and implementing critical initiatives and management plans to ensure best practice and compliance with organisational legislative policies and procedures.
This involves working closely with the OHS General Manager to develop and implement strategies that promote a safe and healthy work environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in occupational health safety and risk management, with a solid understanding of current legislation and best practice.
You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and develop critical initiatives and management plans to ensure best practice and compliance
- Work closely with the OHS General Manager to develop and implement strategies
- Develop and maintain OH&S systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with legislative policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote a safe and healthy work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
- Proven experience in occupational health safety and risk management
- Solid understanding of current legislation and best practice
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
