The Head of Project Management will lead our project management team while driving the successful delivery of key initiatives.

As the Head of Project Management, you will mentor and oversee Senior Project and Program Managers, fostering excellence and consistency in project delivery.

You will directly manage critical projects—overseeing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement.

This role is ideal for a seasoned project management professional who excels in both leadership and execution, driving high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Project Management Team:

Provide leadership to Senior Project and Program Managers, ensuring a high-performing team through talent acquisition, development, and effective resource allocation.

Establish governance standards, reporting mechanisms, and best-practice tools to enhance project management quality and consistency.

Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and deliver on organizational objectives.

Mentor and coach Senior Project and Program Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver projects successfully.

Oversee the development and implementation of project management frameworks and processes to ensure consistency across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to mentor and develop Senior Project and Program Managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to drive business growth and deliver on organizational objectives.
