This position involves delivering a variety of clinical and organisational psychology services, including:
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling - offering support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Onsite Support and Critical Incident Response - providing assistance to people in need at their workplace.
- Private or Medicare-rebated Counselling.
- Workplace Injury and Trauma Support - assisting individuals with pain-related issues and adjustment to injury.
- Multidisciplinary Interventions - collaborating with teams to achieve client outcomes.
- Psychological Assessments.
- Additional clinical and organisational psychological services as required.
Applicants must possess full registration with AHPRA, hold Australian working rights, be able to obtain a national police check, have a current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle. They should be passionate about delivering contemporary evidence-based interventions to clients and customers.
