About the Role
The Insurance Career Opportunity is a challenging position that involves administering services and products to deliver optimal insurance outcomes for various stakeholders.
This includes reviewing and making recommendations on Death, Permanent Incapacity, and Terminal Illness Benefits, as well as assessing or re-assessing Income Protection and TPD claims using strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
The role requires working with a variety of stakeholders, including management and employees, insurers, the fund administrator, other service providers, and relevant industry bodies to make informed insurance decisions relating to claims, benefits, incidents, and project-related work.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have experience in a similar role with a demonstrated track record of working as an insurance specialist within superannuation, insurance, or administration environments with exposure to insurance claims or underwriting.
You'll have hands-on experience working and liaising with group insurance providers, including dispute resolution management processes and procedures, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, within a robust and deadline-driven environment.
