Responsibilities include sending out renewal invitations to brokers, processing new policies and policy renewals in underwriter system, maintaining broker information, answering phone calls and taking messages.
**Required skills and qualifications:**
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organisational skills - Very good IT skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite - Strong sense of accountability - Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication skills.

- A profession and positive can-do attitude - Ability to work in a small team - Experience working in a busy, high volume environment - Strong experience in administration would be an advantage.
