Our business is seeking a diligent and analytical Procurement Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and be able to effectively manage the purchasing process from start to finish. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport quickly with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Procuring goods and services from various suppliers to meet business needs
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and best possible pricing
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring stock is properly stored and tracked
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to queries in a timely manner
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in procurement and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. They will also have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics preferred
