Outdoor Furniture Production Supervisor
">- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in outdoor furniture production.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Supervise and coordinate a team of manufacturing staff, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Lead by example, actively participating in onsite building and hands-on production work.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring schedules are followed and products are delivered on time.
- Inspect work to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members, ensuring all staff are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Be prepared for occasional overtime during business peaks and interstate travel to assist with jobs.
