The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer on the Perform team's Continuous Feedback initiative, you'll help empower organisations to foster cultures of growth, support, and achievement, enabling millions to thrive through ongoing, meaningful feedback. You'll shape experiences that unlock potential for employees and organisations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design excellence: Transform broad conceptual ideas into delightful, useful product experiences that make feedback simple and engaging for thousands of organisations. Design comprehensive user flows and interfaces, distilling complexity into clear, easy-to-use solutions.
• Visual Systems & Design Patterns: Lead the evolution and extension of visual systems, reusable components, and design patterns—prioritising accessibility, usability, and scalability.
• Strategic design & Influence: Shape the Continuous Feedback product by contributing fresh ideas and evidence-backed narratives, balancing long-term aspirations with immediate impact, aligned with company and product strategy.
• Collaboration & Facilitation: Champion cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists across the product lifecycle, synthesising feedback and driving iterative design discussions.
• Design Craft & Experimentation: Continuously push the envelope through open, collaborative design practices.
• Advocacy & Communication: Present your work to teams and leaders with clear goals, decisions, and rationale supported by qualitative and quantitative insights. Seek and give feedback to continually improve quality.
• End-to-End Delivery: Execute end-to-end work from research to documented design files, shipping customer value repeatedly.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in a product design role with a proven track record of driving ideas to execution.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma; strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Deep expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG), usability principles, and systems thinking.
• Ability to balance creativity, long-term vision, and technical feasibility, driving consistency and breakthrough solutions.
• Stellar storytelling, presentation, and advocacy skills to align stakeholders and build consensus around complex design challenges.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating high-impact user experiences at scale.
• T-shaped design competence—balancing process discipline with pragmatism to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
• A desire-to-learn mindset: moving fast, learning, and iterating; unafraid of exploration and evolution.
