**About the Role**
We are seeking a qualified Wood Machinist to join our production team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and running CNC machinery, as well as performing quality checks and loading/unloading jigs and fixtures.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and run CNC machinery
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement
- Perform regular quality checks
- Load and unload jigs and fixtures
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve goals
**Requirements**
- A trade certificate or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years' experience in furniture manufacturing
- Ability to work under deadline pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
