Commercial Furniture Assembler

Are you a skilled craftsman with a passion for building beautiful pieces of furniture? We're seeking a highly motivated Commercial Furniture Assembler to join our team.

As a Commercial Furniture Assembler, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and assembling high-quality commercial furniture, including chairs, tables, and sofas
  • Supporting our fabrication, carpentry, and cabinet making teams
  • Liaising with suppliers to source materials and components
  • Using basic power and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
  • Assisting with warehouse organisation and management duties
  • Supporting commercial furniture deliveries and pickups
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic competence in hand and power tools
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to excellent workmanship
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks that require manual labor
  • Care and attention when handling high-end furniture
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, well-mannered demeanor
  • Immunisation accreditation
Preferred Skills

While not essential, having the following skills would be highly regarded:

  • Forklift License
  • Truck License
  • Metal fabrication, carpentry, or cabinetry skills
