Business Development Consultant - Fitness

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to join our high-performance team in Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales, business, coaching, or running a fitness studio and have a strong background in systems thinking and number crunching.

This is a full-time opportunity for an individual who thrives in an executive environment, can execute tactics over theoretical discussions, and is driven to deliver real results.

The role involves:

  • Running 1:1 and group coaching calls to drive growth
  • Implementing sales and operations systems that scale
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and holding owners accountable to growth targets
  • Solving problems efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with a high-performance, in-house team daily

As a Business Development Consultant, you'll receive comprehensive training in our proven frameworks and have opportunities for career advancement into Senior Consultant or Head of Coaching roles.
