About the Job
This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Cargo Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods from suppliers to customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the transportation of all orders, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records, including inventory management and shipment tracking

Requirements
• Proven experience in logistics or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours as required
• Basic knowledge of customs clearance procedures and documentation requirements
