Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-rounded professional to join our dynamic team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships, managing accounts, and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of social media campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or account management.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Possession of passion for staying updated on social media trends and innovations.
  • Experience with editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.
  • Familiarity with Meta and TikTok Ads and Business Manager platforms.
