Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Content Creator & Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining social media accounts for clients, developing high-quality content across platforms, and ensuring consistent branding and engagement. You will balance creativity with organization, managing multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, set up, and manage social media accounts for clients across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop tailored social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand voice
  • Produce and publish high-quality content (graphics, captions, short-form videos, stories, reels, posts)
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages on behalf of clients
  • Track analytics and provide insights/reports on performance to optimize growth
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with clients and the internal team to ensure content consistency and client satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (personal or professional)
  • Strong content creation skills (graphic design, copywriting, basic video editing)
  • Knowledge of current trends and platform algorithms
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva) is a plus
