We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Assistant at Regis Aged Care.

About the Role

  • Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents.
  • Promote happiness, wellbeing, and quality of life for residents.
  • Assist in delivery of various workshops, social, and other activities.
  • Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs.
  • Document any changes to resident's activities or as required by Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Communicate with residents and their families.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (desirable).
  • Proactive and energetic self-starter with a strong customer service focus.
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable).
  • Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable).
  • An eagerness to grow and develop a career in Aged Care.
