In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, managing medication, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also be required to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident autonomy and dignity.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and current First Aid Certificate. You will also need to demonstrate a strong commitment to providing person-centered care, a willingness to learn and grow, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
