About Us

ENP Fitouts is a fast-growing commercial fitout company based in Brisbane, delivering premium hospitality, retail, healthcare, and office projects. Our in-house joinery division produces custom, high-quality cabinetry for some of Queensland's most exciting spaces.

We're not looking for just another pair of hands — we want a switched-on, solutions-focused cabinet maker who thrives on challenges and takes pride in their craft.


The Role

This is a hands-on, experienced role where your skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability will make a direct impact on our projects. You'll work closely with our joinery and site teams to deliver premium, bespoke joinery from workshop to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture & assemble high-end commercial cabinetry to detailed plans
  • Operate CNC machines, edge banders & modern workshop tools
  • Troubleshoot and solve production or installation challenges on the spot
  • Maintain quality control standards across all projects
  • Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and workflow

What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Cabinet Maker – Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent)
  • 4+ years' experience in commercial joiExperienced cabinet maker for high-end commercial fitouts in Brisbane. Full-time, no weekends. Must be proactive with strong problem-solving & fitouts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you see issues before they happen
  • High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without cutting corners
