We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on diverse projects, taking ownership of concept and detailed civil design, and expanding their portfolio.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment, delivering design calculations, reports, and drawings under limited supervision. You will provide civil engineering design services to clients, preparing project briefs, scopes of work, and fees.

As a seasoned professional, you will mentor junior team members and ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver design calculations, reports, and drawings.
  • Provide civil engineering design service to clients as necessary.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate engineering consultancy experience.
  • Familiarity with software packages such as DRAINS, MUSIC, Autocad, and Autotrack.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Experience with road design in accordance with Austroads and best practice.
